The dance studio is located on the second floor of our building and is a 1100 square-foot (44x25) column free, open space. It functions as a dance studio for rehearsals and holds The Floor’s mat classes. The Floor is a barefoot facility.

The Floor is honored to be a Dance/NYC Rehearsal Space Subsidy Program grantee! The program is made possible by the generous support of the Mellon Foundation! With this grant, The Floor is able to offer $10/hour rental rates to dance makers from 2022-2024. *This grant is only applicable for the second floor dance studio.
