SUMMER 2024 PROGRAM
This program is designed to help bridge certified instructors into The Floor’s faculty. Through lecture hours, teaching analysis and discussions, this course will explain class structure, intentional cueing and how to layer exercises to develop a well rounded class.

10 Hours of Class Observation
10 Hours of Class Attendance
3 Teaching Feedback Sessions
2 Case Studies
This program runs August-September with flexible hours for independent study. Lecture Hours can be in person or over Zoom.
APPLICATION
This is an application based program, our intention is to host a personalized course for each participant. To uphold these standards we will only be accepting 3 teachers into the program.

In hopes of offering an equitable program, The Floor will not charge a course fee for instructors joining the faculty at The Floor.
